A Werribee man confessed that he discovered his $541,000 TattsLotto win immediately after the weekend’s draw and couldn’t wait to celebrate with his best friend.
The Melbournian held one of the 10 division one winning entries in draw 4277, drawn Saturday 16 July 2022 and takes home a total prize of $541,505.77.
“I found out right after the draw that I had a division one winning entry and I had to immediately share the news with my best friend.” the winning man admitted.
“We ended up celebrating the windfall together over the weekend.
“It’s beautiful, I am obviously still in shock.
“I don’t know, this is life-changing! I never thought this could happen to me.
“I didn’t have any plans when I first found out.
“Now that I’ve had some time to digest the news, I think I’ll invest some of the prize and purchase a new car!
“I’m going to continue working but this is going to make life easier.
“I’m still so shocked! Maybe I’ll even visit Queensland, who knows.
“Thank you so much.”
His marked 10-game entry was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4277 on 16 July 2022 were 23, 37, 11, 8, 19, 35 while the supplementary numbers were 42 and 34.
