A Windsor man has found himself suddenly contemplating how he’ll enjoy a spare $100,000 after making the exciting mid-week discovery he scored the 1st Prize in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The New South Wales player won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10374, drawn Friday 8 May 2020.
Confirming the news with an official from the Lott this morning, the man explained he’d just checked his ticket.
“Spot on! That’s excellent!” he laughed.
“I had absolutely no idea. Wow. I’ve never won anything in my life!
“This is great. I can’t believe I’ve spent the last few days with a ticket worth $100,000 in my pocket.
“I’ve played Lucky Lotteries for years and years so it feels amazing to win this prize. It’s good!”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his prize, the Windsor player said he’d be taking some time to think about it.
“Well, I’m not quite sure,” he said.
“I’ve never really thought about what I’d do with a spare $100,000.
“I’ve wanted a new car for a long time so maybe I will finally be doing that!”
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning entry of ten random numbers at Windsor Riverview Newsagency, Shop 11, Windsor Riverview Shopping Centre, 227 George Street, Windsor.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $2.92 million for draw 1485 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $5.96 million for draw 10377.
