A Winston Hills woman has confessed she’s going to happily stare at her Saturday Lotto ticket until it sinks in that she was one of the two Sydney division one winners from the weekend’s draw.
Another mystery Sydney player may have yet to discover they also won division one on Saturday night.
The two New South Wales players were among the six division one winners nationally in Saturday Lotto draw 4459 on Saturday 13 April 2024. Each division one winning entry scored $862,332.62.
Winston Hill woman’s struggles to comprehend Saturday Lotto prize
A Winston Hill woman’s Sunday was happily interrupted by the revelation she won division one in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.
“Oh my gosh! Thank you!” the winner exclaimed when her prize was confirmed by an official from The Lott.
“I had a message and I thought it was scam. But then I thought I’d check my Saturday Lotto ticket.
‘I saw $860,000 and thought, ‘this can’t be right!’.
“I got my partner to check my ticket. I said, ‘Can you look at this? Is this right?’.
“I’m still not sure. You might have to pinch me!
“This was just a QuickPick. Every time I autoselect I look at the numbers and see if I like the combination. I liked this combination of numbers. I don’t know what I was thinking. I just thought, ’let’s see what happens’.
“This will really help us and help get us into our first home.
“I’m just going to stare at these numbers for a long time!”

Lugarno Saturday Lotto prize yet to be claimed
A Lugarno shopper has started the week as a division one winner, but first, they need to check their Saturday Lotto ticket and come forward to claim their prize.
The division one winning entry is unregistered, which means officials from The Lott have no way to contact the winner to break the exciting news and must wait for them to come forward to claim their prize.
The winning entry was purchased at Lugarno News & Post, 1028 Forest Road, Lugarno.
The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said he hoped the mystery Lugarno player checked their ticket soon.
“What a way to start the week! Imagine discovering you won division one in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw!” he exclaimed.
“We’re urging all players who purchased a Saturday Lotto ticket from Lugarno to check their tickets as soon as possible.
“Make sure you check your ticket, which could be in your wallet, handbag, fridge door or car glovebox, because our mystery winner could be you!”
“If you think you’re the Saturday Lotto division one winner we’re looking for, then give us a call on 131 868 to start the prize claim process.”
The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4459 on 15 April 2024 were 18, 25, 19, 16, 1 and 3, while the supplementary numbers were 7 and 33.
Across Australia, there were six division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4459 – three from Victoria, two from New South Wales and one from South Australia.
