Wouldn’t it be nice to start your working week knowing you are $2.8 million richer? That is the happy reality for one Wolli Creek shopper who scored a division one prize in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto Superdraw.
There were seven division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday Lotto draw 3863 on 28 July 2018. Each entry won a division one prize of $2,857,142.86.
The Wolli Creek winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased their two System 8 marked entries from Orange Supermarket Wolli Creek, Shop 6, 6 Discovery Point Place, Wolli Creek.
Orange Supermarket Wolli Creek manager Yen Gu was overjoyed to have sold division one winning ticket.
“Oh my god. That’s unbelievable!” he exclaimed.
“It was clearly a lucky Saturday for our store, and a very lucky Saturday for our customer!”
So far this calendar year, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and Saturday Lotto have created 110 millionaires across Australia.
The six winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3863 on Saturday 28 July 2018 were 37, 21, 29, 27, 40 and 31. The supplementary numbers were 6 and 11.
Across Australia there were seven division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 3863 – three each from Queensland and New South Wales, and one from Victoria.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 228 so far this calendar year, including 55 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
Last financial year, there were 290 division one winning entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $341.27 million.
