A Yagoona father is stepping into the new year with peace of mind and big plans to support his loved ones after scoring more than $940,000 in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.
The Sydney resident held one of the seven division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4633, drawn Saturday 13 December 2025. Each division one winning entry pocketed $919,794.14.
When an official from The Lott called the gleeful man, he shared he’d struggled to sleep since discovering his windfall.
“I know why you’re calling!” he cheered.
“It feels amazing. I can’t believe it. I saw it Saturday night, and I was just stunned. I didn’t get much sleep after that.
“Thank you so much. It’s really not sunk in.
“I play pretty much each week, so it’s pretty surreal.”
When asked how he’d enjoy his win, the regular player shared his priority was to make life easier for those closest to him.
“It’s life-changing for our family,” he said.
“I’ll be able to use it for our mortgage, and I’ll help my wife and children.
“Once reality sets in, we’ll do something exciting to celebrate.”
The winning System 10 QuickPick entry was purchased at Yagoona Newsagency, 462-464 Hume Highway, Yagoona.
Yagoona Newsagency owner Thao Nguyen said he was ecstatic to sell a division one winning entry in the weekend’s draw.
“When I found out the winning news, I jumped!” he said.
“I’m just so happy for our customers. I’ve been telling everyone.
“The last time we sold a division one winning entry was two years ago.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4633 on 13 December 2025 were 28, 20, 35, 17, 32 and 6, while the supplementary numbers were 41 and 25.
Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4633 – two in New South Wales and one each in Victoria, South Australia, South Australia and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 417 so far in 2025, including 116 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In FY25, Saturday Lotto created 165 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 341 division one winning Saturday Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $420 million.
