A Sunday drive turned into a multi-million-dollar ride yesterday for a Melrose Park woman who pulled onto the side of the road to discover her X Lotto division one win.
The South Australian woman held one of the three division one winning entries in Saturday X Lotto draw 4195 on 2 October 2021. Each division one winning entry scored $3,333,333.34.
The woman in her 60s was oblivious to her good fortune and enjoying a drive with her family yesterday when an official from The Lott called to reveal she was now a multi-millionaire.
“Oh my god!” she screamed as the other car occupants erupted into celebration.
“That’s amazing! I’m just on the side of the road. I’ve pulled over. I don’t think I can drive home at the moment. Three million dollars! Thank you! Thank you so much!
“I’ve been playing this System 7 entry for decades. Things are definitely going to change, mate!”
“I can’t believe it!”
The ecstatic winner shared an early retirement and plenty of future holidays could be on the cards thanks to her prize.
“You’ve made my day; you’ve made my life!” she declared.
Her winning marked System 7 entry was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Saturday X Lotto draw 4195 on 2 October 2021 were 26, 13, 44, 28, 17 and 33, while the supplementary numbers were 18 and 38.
Across Australia, there were three division one winning entries in Saturday X Lotto draw 4195 – one each from New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 345 so far this calendar year, including 31 won by SA Lotteries customers.
In the 12 months to 30 June 2021, Saturday X Lotto created 174 millionaires across Australia.
