There’s someone walking around the Frankston South region more than $430,000 richer after scoring division one in Saturday’s TattsLotto draw, but five days later they’re still unaware of their windfall.
The mystery winner was one of the nine division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3901, drawn Saturday 8 December 2018. Each entry took home a division one prize of $439,800.84.
The winning entry is unregistered so Tatts officials have no way of contacting the player with the exciting news and is urging all TattsLotto players to check their tickets today.
Tatts spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said five days after Saturday’s TattsLotto draw the identity of one of the division one winners remains a true mystery.
“If you bought an entry in last Saturday’s TattsLotto draw, we promise it could be absolutely worthwhile for you to check your ticket now,” she said.
“You could be our mystery division one winner! Imagine how good it would feel starting 2019 with an extra $439,800.84 in your bank account!
“If you discover you’re holding the division one winning ticket, contact Tatts on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
The winning entry was purchased from Foodworks Frankston South, 58 Norman Avenue, Frankston South.
Foodworks Frankston South owner Nicholas Hanna said he hopes the winner realises their windfall soon.
“We’ve been asking every customer who comes in store to check their tickets, hoping they’re holding the division one winning entry,” he explained.
“Maybe they’ve gone on holidays for Christmas and won’t check their tickets until they get home but we do hope they come forward soon.”
So far this calendar year, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and TattsLotto have created 171 millionaires across Australia.
The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3901 on Saturday 8 December 2018 were 23, 6, 2, 25, 43 and 26, while the supplementary numbers were 9 and 7.
Across Australia, there were nine division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 3901 – five in Victoria, three in Western Australia and one in South Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 171 so far this financial year, including 65 won by Tatts customers.
In the 12 months to 30 June 2018, there were 290 division one winning TattsLotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won more than $302.7 million.
