A Berkeley Vale couple have shifted gears for their retirement plans, swapping caravan road trips to European boulevards after discovering they scored $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.

The New South Wales grandparents look forward to a total division one prize of $4.8 million, paid in instalments of $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.
When an official from The Lott called to deliver the news this morning, the couple’s reaction was a mix of tears and laughter.
“Oh my god! We’ve won $20,000 a month for how long?!” the winning wife squealed.
“I can’t believe this. We’ve just retired from work. You have no idea how much this will help us.
“We’ll be able to help out our kids and grandchildren too.
“This doesn’t feel real. I’ve wished my whole life for a phone call like this, but never in a million years did I think it would ever happen!
“My husband's laughing and I can’t stop bawling my eyes out. We’re both completely gobsmacked.
“You’ve just changed our lives! I can’t wait to celebrate."
Her husband, still processing the news while driving, shared he couldn’t help but drive slowly, holding up traffic behind him.
“Haha! That’s just awesome!” the husband laughed.
“This better not be a ghee up! Gosh, we’ve been looking forward to a few caravan trips with retirement but forget that! Europe here we come!
“My head's spinning. This is the best thing I’ve ever heard. I can’t stop laughing.
“Goodness, I’m scared I’m going to crash now. I’m driving about 35km an hour and I’ve got a line-up of about 40 cars behind me because I’m going so carefully.
“This is the weirdest day ever! It’s just uncanny how everything’s fallen into place. Happy retirement to us!
“Thank you so much!”
