A Bonnyrigg man’s bed rest has transformed into pure bliss after winning $100,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Western Sydney resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10648, drawn Thursday 18 August 2022.
In addition to winning the guaranteed 1st prize of $100,000, the winner’s entry also scored a consolation prize of $1,000, bolstering his total win to $101,000.
When an official from The Lott contacted the Sydneysider to deliver the life-enhancing news, he shared the winning news was just what he needed to help his recuperation.
“This could not have come at a better time.” the winning man exclaimed.
“I would love to jump up and down for joy, but I’m recovering from a procedure.
“I’ve had to take some time off with my partner, so this is great.
“When we first heard your voice, we had doubts this was real.
“The more you spoke, the more we started to believe you.
“I think we’ll be celebrating as a family as soon as I’m feeling better.
“This win is going to help pay off our mortgage and take some pressure off.
“Thank you so much for this incredible news. You must have the best job in the world.”
His winning entry of two random numbers was purchased at Bonnyrigg Lotto, Shop 6, 57-59 Brown Road, Bonnyrigg.
The Bonnyrigg Lotto team said they were overjoyed to have sold another 1st Prize winning entry this year and wished their winner all the best for the future.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $13.49 million for draw 1587, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $23.29 million for draw 10650.
