A Canterbury woman confessed she had a feeling something big was about to happen but never thought that thing would be a $1 million Monday & Wednesday Lotto windfall.
The Sydneysider held one of the three division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4203 on Wednesday 27 July 2022 and took home $1 million.
Confirming her win with an official from The Lott, the elated winner shared she was still coming to grips with her new millionaire status.
“This is incredible!” she exclaimed.
“We’ve rented our entire lives and the first thing I want to do is purchase a place that’s just ours and we can call home.
“That’s been my dream for so long!
“I just had a feeling something was going to go my way soon. I even told my granddaughter, ‘something big is coming’.
“It feels amazing to know I was right!
“I’ve won small amounts before but never anything like this.
“I’m trying to process it and keep my head from spinning, but it’s so hard!
“Thank you so much! This will change our lives.”
Her winning marked System 7 entry was purchased at Roselands Newsagency, Ground Level 13, Roselands Shopping Centre, 24 Roselands Avenue, Roselands.
The Roselands Newsagency team said they were elated to have sold a division one winning entry and wished their winner all the best for the future.
The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4203 on Wednesday 27 July 2022 were 28, 37, 29, 39, 24, 21, while the supplementary numbers were 19 and 2.
Across Australia, there were three division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4203 – Two in Victoria and one in New South Wales.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 258 so far this calendar year, including 69 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
