A Central Coast woman is struggling to concentrate at work today after checking her division one winning Saturday Lotto entry early on Sunday morning and not sleeping a wink since.
The New South Wales woman held one of the 11 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4153, drawn Saturday 8 May 2021. Each division one winning entry scored $1,818,181.82.
Sharing her excitement with an official from The Lott this morning, the woman explained she’d had a couple of sleepless nights.
“Thank you very much!” she exclaimed.
“It feels amazing.
“I checked my ticket early on Sunday morning.
“I woke up my husband and he thought I was joking but then we checked it over and over again!
“Oh my gosh. It was so hard to believe.
“I was up for the rest of the night. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t sleep last night either!
“It’s starting to sink in now. It’s incredible. It’s life-changing in a huge way.”
When asked what she’d do with her incredible lottery fortune, she explained she’d be spending it wisely.
“We’ve been thinking hard about what we should do,” she said.
“We want to spend it wisely and really make the most out of our prize.
“To begin with we will help out our family and pay off the mortgage.
“Then we will decide what to do with the rest!”
