A Cranbourne lottery player could be finding another reason to celebrate on Christmas day after scoring $4.8 million in last night’s Set for Life draw, but first, they need to check their ticket.
The elusive winner held the only division one winning entry nationally in Set for Life draw 3056, drawn Monday 18 December 2023.
They took home the prize of $4.8 million paid in instalments of $20,000 a month for 20 years.
However, the winning entry is unregistered which means officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the life-changing news. Instead, they must wait for the ticketholder to come forward to claim their prize.
The winning entry was purchased at SuperStar Lucky Lotto, Shop 6/95 Monahans Road, Cranbourne.
SuperStar Lucky Lotto manager Khanh Nguyen said it was a wonderful prize to win with Christmas right around the corner.
