A Forbes visitor or resident has won $100,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw but is likely completely unaware of their newfound fortune.
The mystery ticketholder held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10825, drawn Wednesday 17 January 2024.
The winning entry is unregistered, meaning officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winner to share the exciting news and must wait for the player to check their ticket.
The unregistered winning entry was sold at News on Rankin, 70 Rankin St, Forbes.
The News on Rankin team member Madison Borwell said she and the team were over the moon to discover their outlet had sold a winning ticket and hoped to see the mystery winner come forward soon.
“We’re so happy to hear the news that our small country outlet has sold a 1st Prize winning ticket,” she said.
“The whole community is thrilled and sending congratulations and well wishes to the lucky winner.
“The last major prize we sold was in October 2022, which was before I started.

The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said she looked forward to uniting the region’s 1st Prize winner with their Lucky Lotteries loot.
