After a week of excitement and anticipation, Powerball’s record-breaking $200 million draw has delivered a double division one delight with two Australian lottery players sharing the jackpot prize.

The players from New South Wales and Queensland held the two division one winning entries nationally in Powerball draw 1446 on Thursday 1 February 2024. Each division one winning entry scored $100 million.

However, the division one winner from Queensland is unregistered and as a result The Lott officials must wait for them to check their ticket and come forward to start the prize claim process.

As well as the two division one winning entries, there were 22 division two winners, who each took home a prize of $177,092.75. These winners were just one number shy of taking home the multi-million-dollar prize. Additionally, a total of 6,770,281 prizes worth more than $140 million were won in divisions two to nine.

Singleton couple set for the rest of their lives after bagging $100 million Powerball windfall

A Singleton couple have had their lives turned upside down in the best way imaginable after taking home a phenomenal $100 million in tonight’s record-breaking $200 million Powerball draw.

The Hunter River residents held one of the two division one winning entries in Powerball draw 1446, drawn Thursday 1 February 2024 and took home a total prize of $100 million.

The newly-minted multi-millionaires wasted no time discovering their life-changing news – answering the life-changing phone call on the first ring while lying in bed.

The Lott officials eagerly await unregistered Southeast Queensland winner’s $100 million discovery

Officials from The Lott are on the hunt for the second division one winner in tonight’s $200 million record-breaking Powerball draw.

The unregistered Queensland player bagged an incredible $100 million prize and became the equal second largest lottery winner in Australian history but may be yet to discover their good fortune.

The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she was eagerly awaiting the moment the second Powerball winner discovered their prize.

“What a way to kick off 2024!” she said.

“We can’t wait to unite this mystery winner with their life-changing prize and have that incredibly special conversation about what their future might hold.

“Up to half of Australian adults spent the last week dreaming of what could be and how their futures may have changed if they’d won division one in the record-breaking $200 million Powerball draw.

The winning numbers in Powerball draw 1446 on Thursday 1 February 2024 were 12, 33, 23, 35, 1, 26 and 32​. The all-important Powerball number was 10.

Across Australia, there were​ two division one winning entries in Powerball draw 1446 – One each in Queensland and New South Wales.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 238 so far in FY24, including 55 by Golden Casket customers and 85 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
