A Berwick woman was left feeling perplexed and exhilarated after her $200,000 Lucky Lotteries win matched the predictions of her horoscope and home’s feng shui.
The Melbourne resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1698, drawn Thursday 13 March 2025. She can look forward to a magical $200,000.
The unsuspecting winner was left in complete shock when an official from The Lott called her moments after the draw with the exciting news.
“Oh my god. Please tell me this is good news!” she said.
“Did I really win $200,000?! I’ve got tears in my eyes now. I can’t see a thing.
“It’s my birthday this month. What an amazing gift.
“It’s funny, someone told me I would win a raffle soon with the feng shui of my house.
“I can’t believe it really came true! Even my horoscope said I was going to get a windfall soon.
“I’m so thankful. This is just what I needed today.”
When asked how she planned to use her newfound bounty, the victorious Victorian shared it would allow her to unlock the keys to a brand-new abode.
“I’ve had a lot of hardship in previous years so this will really help,” she said.
“I’ll be able to use it towards a house.
“Thank you so much. I’ve never won anything like this in my life.”
Her winning entry of one random number was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $5.08 million for draw 1699, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $13.5 million for draw 10944.
