Five Matraville lotteries players are rejoicing today after their syndicate scored a division one prize of $900,000 in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.
The store syndicate entry was one of the six division one winning entries across Australia in Saturday Lotto draw 4311 on 12 November 2022. Each entry won a division one prize of $892,735,67.
In addition to winning division one, the syndicate’s System 8 QuickPick entry also won division three 12 times and division four 15 times, boosting their total windfall to $901,771.82.
Each of the five winning syndicate members receives a share worth $180,354.36.
Shares into the syndicate were purchased Matraville Newsagency, 456 Bunnerong Road, Matraville.
The Matraville Newsagency team said they were thrilled to have sold a division one winning entry and wished their syndicate members all the best with this prize.
The Lott spokesperson James Eddy said lottery officials were on the hunt for some syndicate members who held unregistered entries and may have yet to discover their incredible windfall.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4311 on 12 November 2022 were 12, 6, 3, 18, 35 and 31, while the supplementary numbers were 34 and 9.
Across Australia, there were six division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4311 – Three in Victoria, two in Western Australia and one in New South Wales.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 381 so far this calendar year, including 104 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In FY22, Saturday Lotto created 196 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 324 division one winning in Saturday Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $461.69 million.
