A Frankston man’s morning exercise session has been pleasantly interrupted by an official from The Lott revealing his wondrous $3.1 million win in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The Melburnian held one of the two division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4685, drawn Friday 13 June 2026. He looks forward to a total prize of $3,126,800.49.
“I’m just on my exercise bike but I’ll go grab my glasses and my ticket,” he exclaimed when an official from The Lott called with the winning news.
“Oh dear! Jeez Louise! I did sort of check the ticket on Sunday, but I couldn’t quite fathom if it was real or not.
“I had a quiet weekend - no golf because of the rain - so I decided to check my ticket. I scanned it on The Lott app and watched two numbers appear, then two more, and then all of them!
“I checked the numbers four or five times just to be sure what I was seeing was real!
“That’s wonderful news! It means I don’t have to rent anymore!
“I can also help some family members out too. I told some of them yesterday and they were rapt.
“I’ve been playing for a long time, maybe 30 years or so. I’m really happy to have finally scored big!
“Thank you so much for the call!”
His winning 12-game QuickPick was purchased at Smokey's Frankston House Lotto, 8 Thompson Street, Frankston.
