When a Greystanes woman thought her delicious lunch couldn’t get any better, she received a phone call from lottery officials revealing her mouth-watering $100,000 Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot win.
The Greater Western Sydney resident won the 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10672, drawn Tuesday 6 September 2022.
In addition to winning the guaranteed 1st prize of $100,000, the New South Wales player’s entry also scored a consolation prize of $2,000, bolstering her total win to $102,000.
“You’re joking! This is godsent.” the winning woman exclaimed when an official from The Lott called to confirm the incredible news.
“I think this is fantastic, I haven’t even checked my ticket yet as I’m having lunch!
“I’ve been to numerous outlets and seen signs that state ‘$100,000 Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize sold here’, but I never thought it could be me.
“I can’t get over it, I’m dumbfounded!
“This is all quite a shock, and I’m still a little bit startled.
“I haven’t even thought about what I’m going to do with the prize, but I know I’ll find something to do with it. I might start with a nice dinner with my family.
“I’d really like to thank the team at Freechoice Greystanes – they‘re lovely.”
Her winning entry was purchased at Freechoice Greystanes, Shop 11, Pemulwuy Marketplace, 70 Butu Wargun Drive, Pemulwuy.
Freechoice Greystanes manager Noel Carlos said the team were thrilled to sell their first major prize since taking over the outlet in December.
“Woo-hoo! We’re just so excited for our customer and for our first major prize milestone!” he said.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $14.21 million for draw 1590, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $26.28 million for draw 10673.
In FY22, 169 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.
