A Greenwith dad is running for ‘Father of the Year’ after declaring he will use his life-enhancing $620,000 division one win in the weekend’s Saturday X Lotto draw to buy each of his children a car.
The Adelaide man held one of the nine division one winning entries in Saturday X Lotto draw 4439, drawn Saturday 3 February 2024 and takes home a total prize of $628,335.19.
The long-time player shared he had been playing the same special numbers for 18 years and had never missed a draw in his life.
“I’m on cloud nine,” he giggled.
“It’s still sinking in. I can’t believe it.
“I’m really glad there were multiple winners in the weekend’s draw. I don’t mind sharing it around!
“I’ve played the same numbers and same ticket for 18 years. I’ve never missed a draw.
“It’s something I like to treat myself to each week – a little tradition!
“I’ll look at buying the kids a car. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while.
“Now to go back to work and continue life as it is!”

The winning numbers in Saturday X Lotto draw 4439 on 3 February 2024 were 23, 11, 29, 3, 19, 22, while the supplementary numbers were 30 and 20.
