A Harris Park woman is struggling to grasp the fact that her second-ever Saturday Lotto ticket landed her a $2.5 million prize in the weekend’s draw.
The Sydneysider held one of the eight division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Lotto draw 4621 on Saturday 1 November 2025. Each division one winning entry pocketed $2.5 million.
“I checked my ticket after the draw, and I initially thought I’d won $2,500!” she laughed while speaking to an official from The Lott.
“Then I just wasn’t sure what I was seeing. I just didn’t know if it was correct or not.
“I just tried to get back to sleep, but really couldn’t.
“I still can’t believe it. It feels like I’m in a dream.
“This is only the second ticket I’ve ever bought. The first ticket I bought didn’t win anything, but I thought I’d buy another one.
“I’m glad I did! Wow!
“I don’t know exactly what I’ll do with the prize, but it will certainly get rid of the mortgage!”
The woman’s winning 25-game QuickPick was purchased on The Lott website – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4621 on 1 November 2025 were 42, 31, 21, 28, 17 and 13, while the supplementary numbers were 36 and 15.
Across Australia, there were eight division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4621 – three each in Victoria and New South Wales, and one each in Queensland and Western Australia.
