Tears of joy welled up in the eyes of a Hurstville woman this morning as she received a phone call from lottery officials revealing her life-enhancing $363,000 Lotto Strike win.
The Southern Sydney resident held the only division one winning entry in Lotto Strike draw 5348, drawn Wednesday 18 October 2023 and took home a total prize of $363,132.05.
The winning woman was completely oblivious to her newfound fortune despite looking at her ticket late last night.
“Oh my god! Oh my god! I’m going to cry,” she teared up.
“Wow! This is crazy!
“I’m shaking. I can’t believe this.
“This means so much for us. We’ve been trying to complete some renovations for over six years now and it’s been tough. We can finally complete the renovations – woo-hoo!
“I’m at work today and have just popped into a private space.
“I can’t wait to tell my husband. I think when I tell him he won’t believe me.
“Thank you very much for letting me know.”
“I’m going to have to wipe the tears away before I leave the room.”
Her winning marked 12-game entry was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The winning numbers in Lotto Strike draw 5348 on Wednesday 18 October 2023 were 41, 43, 13 and 37.
Lotto Strike is an add-on game played with Saturday Lotto and Monday & Wednesday Lotto. Lotto Strike’s division one prize is won by selecting the first four numbers in the exact order they are drawn during the Lotto draw.
If no one picks all four winning numbers in the draw in same order drawn, the Lotto Strike Jackpot prize pool will jackpot for the next draw.
