A Mount Hutton man has confessed he felt frozen and dizzy with dollars when lottery officials interrupted his workday to reveal he’d won $100,00 in today’s Lucky Lotteries draw.
The Lake Macquarie resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11076, drawn Tuesday 26 May 2026 and took home $100,000.
So far this year, the Hunter and Central Coast region has welcomed 18 major lottery wins worth more than $78 million.
“That’s awesome! Wow, I wasn’t expecting that one bit,” he said when an official from The Lott rang and revealed his $100,000 prize.
“That’s insane! I can’t help but laugh. One hundred thousand dollars?!
“I’m just in the middle of jobs and now I’m frozen.
“I might have to spend the rest of the day contemplating it all.
“It’ll certainly be put to use as a house deposit.”
