A Kingsford man says he always knew he’d one day win a major lottery prize and when he saw he had a missed call this afternoon he had a feeling today was that day.
The eastern Sydney resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10383, drawn Thursday 27 May 2020.
This afternoon an official from the Lott contacted the man, who knew there was going to be good news on the other end of the line.
"Thank you very much for that," he said.
“I saw I had a missed call and I was wondering if I’d won a major prize. I just had a feeling, isn’t that crazy!?
“I’ve been playing for a couple of years now, so I am stoked. I’ve always known I’d win big and now it has happened.
“This is great and it couldn’t have come at a better time!”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his Lucky Lotteries fortune, the man said he’d be doing some planning.
“I’m certainly looking forward to seeing it in my bank account,” he declared.
“I’m going to buy myself a car, go on a holiday when I can and save the rest of it.
“It will really help me get ahead.”
The happy man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning entry of 11 random numbers online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $3.16 million for draw 1486 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $500,000 for draw 10384.
