Ten happy Melbournites have had a flying start to the working week after their syndicate entry in last night’s Monday & Wednesday Lotto scored a division one prize of over $1 million.

The syndicate entry was the only division one winning entry across Australia in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3858, drawn Monday 8 April 2019 and takes home the guaranteed division one prize of $1 million.

In addition to winning division one, the group syndicate’s System 10 QuickPick entry also won division three 24 times and division four 90 times, bolstering the syndicate’s total prize to $1,011,624.70.

Each member of the syndicate receives a share worth $101,178.42.

Shares in the group syndicate, set up by Moomba Park Authorised Newsagency, were sold in six outlets across Melbourne.

Moomba Park Authorised Newsagency owner Kevin Liu said he was thrilled to hear the amazing news his outlet had sold a division one winning syndicate entry.

The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3858 on Monday 9 April 2019 were 22, 30, 17, 25, 3 and 4, while the supplementary numbers were 16 and 45.

Across Australia, there was one division one winning entry in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3858.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 95 so far this calendar year, including 44 won by Tatts customers.

In the 12 months to 31 December 2018, there were 69 division one winning Monday & Wednesday Lotto entries across the Lott’s jurisdictions, which collectively won $62 million.
