A Lalor Park man’s day has gone from drab to fab after discovering he’d taken home $100,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Sydney resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10705, drawn Thursday 6 October 2022.
Speaking with an official from The Lott, the shocked winner confessed his surprising but welcome windfall had completely turned his day around.
“Mate, this is unbelievable! Absolutely fantastic!” he exclaimed.
“Today felt just like any other day but now it’s been flipped upside down and I’m beside myself with happiness.
“I always hoped that this would happen one day but really never believed I’d win.
“I’ll be heading away for a holiday as soon as possible. Somewhere north where it’s a bit warmer!
“My family is going to be stoked for me. I can’t wait to tell them and share the prize with my children.
“Thank you for the call. I can’t stop smiling!”
His winning entry of three random numbers was purchased at Lalor Park Newsagency, 7 Commercial Road, Lalor Park.
Lalor Park Newsagency owner Julie Surti said the team were over the moon to have sold a 1st Prize winning entry.
“Oh, this is wonderful!” she shared.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $15.41 million for draw 1595, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $30.705 million for draw 10707.
In FY22, 169 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.
Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.
