A Maroubra woman has put down the cloth and cleaning products and instead picked up a nice cup of tea to celebrate scoring the $100,000 1st Prize in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10405, drawn Tuesday 1 September 2020.

Sharing her joy with an official from the Lott this morning, the shocked winner couldn’t contain her disbelief when she heard the life-changing news.

“I beg your pardon? One hundred thousand dollars? Oh, my goodness. I’m glad I am sitting down,” she exclaimed.

“Oh my goodness gracious me! I think I’m going to swear! I’m sh*tting bricks!

“I play Lucky Lotteries all the time. It's my favourite game to buy at the newsagent.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t believe it. This has come at a great time.

“I was supposed to be on holiday right now, but I couldn’t go because of COVID-19, so the win has definitely cheered me up.

“I can’t go anywhere to celebrate, but I think I’m going to stop cleaning the bathroom and have a cup of tea instead!”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her windfall, the thrilled woman declared she was looking forward to a more comfortable night’s sleep.

“It’s a good question. I’m not sure how I’ll spend it all, but I do know I really need a new bed.

“I’m going to buy a new bed and a new lounge suite for the house, so I am more comfortable.

“Then I will put the rest away for a later date. Hopefully, I can use it on a holiday when we can travel again!”

The happy woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her entry of one random number at Pacific Square News, Shop 17 Pacific Square Shopping Centre, 707-747 Anzac Parade, Maroubra.
