A Bathurst man is struggling to concentrate at work today after hearing the news he was one of the weekend’s division one winners.
The New South Wales player held one of the 14 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4127 on Saturday 6 February 2021. Each division one winning entry scored $428,018.10.
Confirming his win with an official from The Lott this morning, the overwhelmed winner said he couldn’t imagine better news to receive on a Monday.
“What a phone call!” he laughed.
“That’s great! Thank you very much.
“It feels amazing. I put that ticket on every Saturday, so to have a win, I am just so happy.
“It’s great news for a Monday.
“I cannot wait to tell my wife. She’s going to be over the moon!
“I’m at work today, I think it’s going to be hard to concentrate. I’d rather be at home celebrating!”
When asked how he thought he might enjoy his division one fortune, the man explained it would be the perfect nest egg.
“I’ll keep working for another few years,” he said.
“But this will be a huge help for retirement. It will really take any pressure off.
“And we will be able to give a little bit to our children as well and help them get ahead.”
The winning entry was purchased at Bathurst West LPO & Lotteries, 300A Stewart Street, Bathurst
Bathurst West LPO & Lotteries owner Balli Gill said it was the first division one winning entry the outlet had sold.
“I couldn’t believe it!” she said.
“We are so happy for our winner and we are enjoying sharing this exciting news with all of our customers.
“It feels amazing to know we have finally sold a division one winning entry.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4127 on 6 February 2021 were 3, 10, 12, 6, 8 and 24 while the supplementary numbers were 36 and 45.
Across Australia, there were 14 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4127 – two from Queensland, three each from New South Wales and Western Australia and six from Victoria.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 275 so far this financial year, including 73 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
