A Pimpama woman is finally allowing herself to get excited about her million-dollar Lotto win after initially doubting the life-changing news could be true.
The Gold Coast resident held one of the three division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4113, drawn Wednesday 15 September 2021. Each division one entry won $1 million.
Confirming her win with an official from The Lott this morning, the overwhelmed woman explained she was still struggling to believe the exciting news.
“Thank you!” she laughed.
“It feels great. The timing couldn’t be better, honestly.
“This has been really a tough few months, so this is amazing.
“We usually just play Saturday Gold Lotto, but I am so glad we decided to get a ticket for last night’s draw.
“We checked the ticket last night and we were in shock.
“I didn’t want to get my hopes up because I didn’t know if it was real.
“It’s incredible to hear that it is real!”
With $1 million about to hit her bank account, the Gold Coast's latest division one winner explained she could finally make one of her dreams come true.
“We will pay some bills to begin with,” she explained.
“We would love to start our own business. Maybe we will be able to do that now. That’s always been a dream of mine!
“This will really help us get ahead. It will be amazing!”
The happy winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her entry from Pimpama Lotto & News, Shop 14A Pimpama City Shopping Centre, 105 Pimpama Jacobs Well Road, Pimpama.
