A Revesby man admitted he’s been “a bundle of nerves” since checking his Lucky Lotteries ticket last night and discovering he won $100,000.

The elusive New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10415, drawn Wednesday 30 September 2020.

The ticket was unregistered, so officials from The Lott had no way of contacting the winner to break the news and had wait for him to come forward to claim his prize.

Speaking with an official from The Lott, the excited man admitted he was still on cloud nine.

“I checked my ticket on my phone last night,” he explained.

“I thought it wasn’t right.

“I am used to winning small amounts, but this was insane.

“I thought, ‘What! No way, this can’t be real!’.

“I couldn’t sleep a wink last night. I just kept rescanning my ticket.

“I was a bundle of nerves.

“I haven’t stopped shaking and I’ve almost fallen over so many times, I’m just so overwhelmed.

“It’s the best surprise.

“I’m so glad it’s been confirmed now. It’s starting to sink in.

“I am on my way to my mum’s place to break the news to her. I’ll take her out to lunch to celebrate.

“It’s unbelievable.”

When asked how he planned to enjoy his prize, the stoked bloke said a sleepless night meant plenty of planning.

“I definitely want to help my mum,” he said.

“I’d also like to pay off my car and get myself a new motorbike.”

The winning entry was purchased at Revesby Newsagency, 46 Simmons Street, Revesby.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $1.96 million for draw 1503 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $4.66 million for draw 10416.
