Four days after the draw, a Springvale shopper has come forward as the mystery ticketholder of the $1.9 million TattsLotto division one prize officials from the Lott have been searching for.
The mystery Melburnian held one of the five division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4045, drawn Saturday 25 April 2020. Each entry took home a division one prize of $1.982,957.75.
The ticket was unregistered, so officials from the Lott had no way of contacting the winner to break the news and had to wait for them to come forward to claim their prize.
How the winner plans to enjoy their future as a millionaire will forever remain a mystery as they have chosen to stay anonymous and celebrate in private.
The winning entry was purchased at 18 Lucky Lotto, Shop G18b Springvale Shopping Centre, 46-58 Buckingham Avenue, Springvale.
18 Lucky Lotto owners Raymond Van and Michelle Nguyen were thrilled to hear their winner had been united with their prize.
“It was incredible to hear one of the division one winners was from our store!” Mr Van said.
“We were happy to hear the good news and also very proud to give someone the opportunity to win such a great prize.
“We are excited to tell our customers that we’ve sold a division one winning entry. They will be happy to know that it’s not impossible to win!

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4045 on Saturday 25 April 2020 were 17, 15, 34, 23, 38 and 3, while the supplementary numbers were 31 and 18.
Across Australia, there were five division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4045 – three from Queensland and one each from Victoria and South Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 311 so far this financial year, including 97 won by Tatts customers.
Between 1 January and 31 December 2019, there were 289 division one winning TattsLotto entries across Australia, which collectively won more than $333.41 million.
