A Lakes Entrance woman is trading chilly mornings for beachside bliss after discovering she’d won $100,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries draw.
The Gippsland resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11069, drawn Friday 17 April 2026. She looks forward to a $100,000 prize.
When an official from The Lott rang to confirm her prize, the winning woman burst into screams of joy.
“Did I really just win $100,000?!” she gasped.
“Woo-hoo! That’s excellent!
“I nearly didn’t answer your phone because I didn’t recognise the number.
“Wow!
“We’re going on a holiday now. Yeehaw.
“We’ve been wanting to visit Queensland but with fuel prices, we weren’t sure we’d be able to.
“I’m very excited and overwhelmed.
“My husband’s just yelling out to me asking if he can go ahead and tell people we just won the lottery.
“We can’t wait to share the news with our family.”
Her winning entry of two random numbers was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $1.48 million for draw 1783, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $2.19 million for draw 11070.
Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.
