Ten Melbourne lottery players are no longer struggling with Monday blues, after their syndicate entry scored them a division one prize of more than $1.8 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto $20 Million Superdraw.
The group syndicate entry was one of the 11 division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4049, drawn Saturday 9 May 2020 and takes home a division one prize of $1,818,181.82.
As well as winning the division one prize, the group syndicate’s system entry also won division three 12 times and division four 15 times, boosting the syndicate’s total prize to $1,832,898.92.
Each member of the syndicate receives a share worth $183,289.89.
Shares in the group syndicate were sold at four outlets across Melbourne.

The winning group syndicate was set up by Highlands News & Lotto and manager Kevin Ung said he was thrilled for the winning customers.

The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsamy said some members of the winning syndicate held unregistered entries and might have yet to discover their winning news.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4049 on Saturday 9 May 2020 were 35, 39, 38, 22, 21 and 7, while the supplementary numbers were 34 and 44.
Across Australia, there were 11 division one winning entries in Saturday Tatts Lotto draw 4049 – four from Victoria, three from New South Wales, two from Western Australia, and one each from South Australia and Queensland.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 118 so far this calendar year, including 45 won by Tatts customers.
Between 1 January and 31 December 2019, there were 289 division one winning TattsLotto entries across Australia, which collectively won more than $333.41 million.
