The team at Virginia Lotteries Kiosk are celebrating in store today after they sold their second major prize in as many days.

The outlet is currently experiencing a winning streak after selling a Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot 1st Prize of $200,000 in draw 1263, drawn Monday 1 April 2019.

The win was followed by a second Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot 1st Prize win of $200,000 in draw 1265, drawn Tuesday 2 April 2019, sold at the kiosk.

Virginia Lotteries Kiosk co-owner Rose Pogas could not contain her excitement at the news her outlet had sold not one, but two major prizes in two days.

“How exciting! Are you serious?! That’s fantastic!” she exclaimed with glee.

“I kept telling everyone I knew I was going to sell a Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize win one day – now I can say I’ve sold two!

“I was telling everyone on Monday that I’d sold a major prize and they thought I was pulling an April Fool’s joke.

“I had customers asking ‘what are the odds of you selling another one?’. I don’t know what the odds are but I’m going to be telling them I’ve done it!”

The two winning entries were purchased at Virginia Lotteries Kiosk, Shop 2A, Virginia Shopping Centre, Old Port Wakefield road, Virginia.

SA Lotteries spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said both of the Virginia Lotteries Kiosk winners could be oblivious to their good fortune.

“Despite Monday’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot 1st Prize winning entry being registered to an Easiplay Club card, we have not been able to make contact with the ticket holder to break that life changing news,” she explained.

“The second winning entry was unregistered, which means we don’t have the winner’s contact details and have no way of informing them of their good fortune.

“That’s why we are encouraging Lucky Lotteries players who purchased an entry into Mega Jackpot draw 1263 or draw 1265 to check their tickets.

“They could be walking around $200,000 richer and just not know it!

“We’re urging all Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot players to check their entries as soon as possible and if you discover you are holding the 1st Prize winning ticket to contact SA Lotteries on 131 868 to being the process of claiming your prize.”

SA Lotteries reminds customers of the importance of registering their entries and the significance of keeping their contact details up to date so they can be contacted with the news of the their win.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $52.6 million for draw 1266 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $4.53 million for draw 10281.
