Western Sydney players are enjoying a winning streak with three Lotto division one wins landing in the region during the past five days.
Two division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 3961 on 6 July 2019 were sold at Plumpton and St Marys, with each entry taking home a prize of $774,826.59.
Last night, a division one winning entry worth $1 million in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3885 on 10 July 2019 was sold at Doonside.
The three Western Sydney players have been united with their prize, but how they each plan to celebrate their division one wins remain a mystery as they have chosen to remain completely anonymous.
The weekend’s Saturday Lotto division one wins were sold at St Marys Newsagency, 118 Queen Street, St Marys, and Plumpton Marketplace Newsagency, Shop T19, Plumpton Marketplace, Cnr Hyats Road & Jersey Road, Plumpton.
Last night’s Monday & Wednesday Lotto division one win was sold at KY Newsagency, Shop 2, Rainbow Centre, 52 Rosenthal Street, Doonside.
KY Newsagency owner Keyi Dong said she was thrilled to help make one of her customers’ dreams come true.
“It’s super great!” she exclaimed.
“The last time we sold a division one winning entry was in 2017 so great to have another one.
“We wish our customer all the best with their prize.”
NSW Lotteries spokesperson Matt Hart said Lotto’s latest division one winners were almost certain to be planning some weekend celebrations.
“Division one winnners often tell us it takes a little while before they truly believe they’ve won the big one. Having now officially confirmed their wins, our Western Sydney winners can now happily turn their minds to how they might use their windfalls,” he said.
“From new homes to holidays, many Lotto winners relish the opportunity to finally make some long-held dreams a reality. They also tell us they love sharing their prize with their nearest and dearest.
“Some winners have taken their family on a cruise, while others have shouted their best mate a new ute. Who knows, perhaps our Western Sydney winners have similar plans in mind.
“We’ll be keen to see if Western Sydney’s winning streak continues!”
In 2018, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and Saturday Lotto created 194 millionaires across Australia.
The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3885 on Wednesday 10 July 2019 were 28, 30, 45, 27, 7 and 36, while the supplementary numbers were 31 and 2.
Across Australia, there were three division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3885, all from New South Wales.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 180 so far this calendar year, including 52 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
