A Woy Woy woman who was initially sceptical and bracing herself for a sales call was delightfully relieved when an official from The Lott revealed she’d won a thrilling $200,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries draw.
The Central Coast resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1750, drawn Monday 5 January 2026. She looks forward to a total prize of $200,000.
The winning woman had her husband and daughter on speakerphone, sharing in an unforgettable moment when an official The Lott confirmed her $200,000 windfall.
“You’re not trying to sell me something are you?” the winning woman initially questioned.
“Oh my goodness! You’re joking!” she added after checking her ticket.
“Oh my god! That’s just incredible.
“Wow! I have my daughter and my husband on the line with me.
“We can’t believe it. I’m standing here wiping away tears.
“I’ve been playing on and off for years but never thought I’d win.
“This is just amazing!”
With $200,000 set to boost her bank account, the overjoyed winner wasted no time thinking of her nearest and dearest.
“Well first things first, I’ll be helping out my children,” she said.
“My husband and I are overdue for a holiday. We’re self-employed and we need a holiday!”
Her winning entry of two random numbers was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $20.56 million for draw 1751, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $2.45 million for draw 11055.
