A Wynnum man is heading into the weekend with a pep in his step after an incredible $100,000 win in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The Brisbanite held the guaranteed 1st Prize in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10578, drawn Friday 27 May 2022.
“Wow, this is very cool!” the winner laughed when speaking to an official from The Lott immediately after the draw.
“How good is that? One hundred thousand dollars will definitely help us out.
“It’s going to take a large chunk out of our mortgage, which is fantastic at the moment.
“I think I’ll be footing the bill for lunch tomorrow, though!
“I decided to change my method for this draw. I’ve been playing sequential numbers and thought it might be time to change to random.
“I’m glad the change worked!
“It’s a wonderful way to roll into the weekend, that’s for sure. Thank you so much!”
His life-enhancing entry of 10-random numbers was purchased at Oxford Street News, Shop 3, Oxford Street, Bulimba.
Oxford Street News owner Donna Bradshaw said she hoped all of the winning customer’s dreams were about to come true.
“I had sweaty feet and palms when I realised we’d sold a $100,000 winning ticket,” she said.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $10.37 million for draw 1574, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $14.05 million for draw 10579.
In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
During this time, the biggest Lucky Lotteries prize was won by a Coolangatta man who a Mega Jackpot prize of $9.41 million in May.
