A Pyrmont local or visitor could be starting the week with a million-dollar boost to their bank account, but first, they need to check their Saturday Lotto ticket and discover their win.
The mystery inner-city Sydney player held one of the five division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4263, drawn Saturday 28 May 2022 and takes home $1,133,110.97.
The million-dollar winning entry was not registered to a player card, which means officials from The Lott have no way of notifying the winner of their life-changing win and have to wait for them to check their ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Central Pyrmont Newsagency, 160 Harris Street, Pyrmont.
Central Pyrmont Newsagency owner Robert Tang was astonished to discover his outlet had sold a division one winning entry.
“I couldn’t believe it! We’re so elated to be part of our customer’s amazing winning experience,” he proclaimed.
“It’s created such a buzz in our community and many customers are so excited when checking their Saturday Lotto tickets – knowing they could the mystery winner!

The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she hoped the winner comes forward soon.
“This winner is likely oblivious that they’ve become a newly minted millionaire over the weekend,” she said.
“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Saturday Lotto ticket at Central Pyrmont Newsagency to check their tickets today!
“How exciting would it be to discover you’ve won $1 million on a Monday? There’d be no better way to start the week.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 4263 on 28 May 2022 were 32, 17, 19, 15, 33 and 28, while the supplementary numbers were 24 and 2.
Across Australia, there were five division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4263 – three from New South Wales and one from Victoria and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 184 so far this calendar year, including 56 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
In 2021, Saturday Lotto created 210 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 351 division one winning in Saturday Lotto entries across Australia, which collectively won more than $499.8 million.
