A Bathurst lottery player is in for a week unlike any other, after winning the jackpot prize of $1.5 million in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The regional New South Wales resident or visitor won the jackpot prize of $1,540,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10425, drawn Monday 16 November 2020.
The ticket is unregistered, so officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the news and must wait for them to come forward to claim their prize.
The life-changing entry was purchased at Trinity News & Gifts, Shop 7, Trinity Heights Shopping Centre, Cnr Marsden Street.
Trinity News & Gifts owner Sharon Bryon said she couldn’t believe one of their customers was suddenly $1.5 million richer.
“I had tears in my eyes just now when I read we’d sold the winning ticket,” she said.
“I am so excited for whoever our winner may be. I can’t believe it!
“I’m sure the word will spread very quickly in the community and we will have plenty of people checking their tickets!”
The Lott spokesperson Lauren Cooney said she was on the hunt for the latest New South Wales lottery millionaire.
“It’s likely this winner is going about their day as normal, with no idea they’ve just won $1.5 million!” she said.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot is now $2.92 million for draw 1507 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $500,000 for draw 10426.
