An emotional Cairns woman has admitted she is going to be on “cloud nine all day” after answering the phone to news she won $200,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The Queensland player scored the 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1501, drawn Monday 21 September 2020.
The winning woman was driving and had to pull over her car when she received a call from an official from The Lott with news she had won $200,000.
“Oh my god, oh my god!” she screamed.
“Ahhh! Ooh! Holy!
“I thought you were calling me to tell me I’ve done something wrong! But this is totally the opposite.
“Thank you very, very much! Holy dooley!
“I am absolutely shocked!

“I am crying right now. Oh my god, I am a mess. I can’t stop crying.
“God, I need to celebrate this exciting news. I just can’t even think right now!
“I have so many feelings and emotions right now. I can’t believe this has happened to me.
“I am going to be on cloud nine all day now.

“I can’t wait to surprise my husband with the news.”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her prize, the overjoyed woman admitted that while she needed some time to think, she did have a few ideas.
“We will use the prize to renovate our home. There’s so much I want to do to it,” she explained.
“The rest I will keep for my kids for the future.”
The thrilled winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry of one number online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $1.72 million for draw 1502 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $4.14 million for draw 10412.
