An emotional Riverwood woman was left speechless today after discovering she won $200,000 in last week’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The New South Wales player won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1477, drawn Monday 10 February 2020.
This afternoon a NSW Lotteries official spoke to the woman, who had just checked her ticket and discovered she’d won $200,000.
“I am very, very surprised,” she cried happily.
“I feel so emotional. Sorry I can’t really speak right now.
“Thank you so very much. I don’t know what to say.
“I came in to check my tickets, but I never expected to win $200,000.
“I am in shock. I just can’t believe this!
“This is amazing.”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her windfall, the stunned winner admitted she was still in a state of shock and needed time to comprehend the news.
“I have no idea what I will do with it. There’s so much I could do with it,” she explained.
“I will pay some bills, but hopefully I can do something fun with it. I might go on a holiday, or buy a car, I just don’t know.”
The winning entry was purchased at Lucky Len, Shop 35 Riverwood Plaza, 257 Belmore Road, Riverwood.
Lucky Len owner Martin Ali said he couldn’t be happier for his winner.
“This is excellent,” he declared.
“I couldn’t be happier for our winner. She is very deserving and to be able to share this winning moment with her was incredible.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $1.24 million for draw 1478 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $2.71 million for draw 10352.
