A young Gold Coast man is planning to buy his first home and book his first overseas holiday after winning $200,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
The Queenslander won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1303, drawn Wednesday 8 May 2019.
Confirming the news with a Golden Casket official this morning, the winner explained how he discovered his good fortune after checking his ticket online.
“Oh wow! That’s amazing!” he laughed.
“I’m so excited and so happy!
“I checked my ticket online and saw I had won $200,000 but I thought I was seeing things.
“I didn’t think it was real, I thought it had to be a mistake.

The happy man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his entry of four random numbers online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $61.96 million for draw 1305 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $890,000 for draw 10288.
