A Kimba woman is looking forward to splurging on a mid-week meal out with her family after scoring division one in last night’s Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw.
The Eyre Peninsula woman held one of six division one wins nationally in Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw 3914, drawn Monday 21 October 2019. The division one prize in last night’s draw was $666,666.67.
When a SA Lotteries official confirmed the life-changing news this morning, the stunned winner confessed the news had come completely out of the blue.
“Oh my god! That’s a lot of money!” she exclaimed.
“It’s amazing to hear you say it. It means I’m not seeing things when I look on the app and see that money in there.
“Oh my god! I’ve only been playing X Lotto for a few months.
“I’ve always told my husband ‘I’m going to win one of these days’ but I never thought it would be so soon.”
When asked how she planned to enjoy her Monday & Wednesday X Lotto windfall, the overjoyed winner admitted she was still in shock.
“I can’t even contemplate how much money that is right now!” she laughed.
“I’m not sure how we will spend it. I think I’m still letting the news sink in.
