Ten happy Victorians have had a weekday surprise they’ll never forget, discovering their syndicate entry in last night’s Monday & Wednesday Lotto scored a division one prize of over $1 million.

The syndicate entry was one of two division one winning entry across Australia in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3909, drawn Wednesday 2 October 2019 and takes home the guaranteed division one prize of $1 million.

In addition to winning division one, the central syndicate’s System 13 QuickPick entry also won division three 42 times and division four 315 times, bolstering the syndicate’s total prize to $1,027,277.95.

Each member of the syndicate receives a share worth $102,727.80.

Shares in the central syndicate were sold in ten outlets across Victoria.

Tatts spokesperson Ally Ramsamy said some syndicate members held unregistered entries and may be yet to discover the winning news.

“We can only imagine how our happy winners will plan to enjoy their prize once they discover the news,” she said.

“Some winners tell us they will use their windfall to upgrade their home with renovations or pay off their bills.

“While others say they will spend their prize on a dream holiday overseas or that they plan to explore our sunburnt country via motorhome.

“While we’ll be reaching out to those syndicate members who registered their entry to their Tatts Cards, there are some syndicate members who have unregistered entries and may not yet know they’re part of this winning group.

“If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the Wednesday Lotto draw, today’s the day to check it!  If you discover you’re holding a winning share, call Tatts 131 868 to start the prize claim process!”

In the 12 months to 30 June 2019, Monday & Wednesday Lotto and TattsLotto created 193 millionaires across Australia.

The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3909 on Wednesday 2 October 2019 were 9, 23, 41, 33, 3 and 4, while the supplementary numbers were 34 and 29.

Across Australia, there were two division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 3909, one from Victoria and one from South Australia.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 277 so far this calendar year, including 110 won by Tatts customers.

In the 12 months to 30 June 2019, there were 99 division one winning Monday & Wednesday Lotto entries across Australia, which collectively won $98 million.
