A Mount Gambier woman had been dreaming of the day she could finally buy herself a Louis Vuitton handbag, and now she can, after winning $100,000 in the latest Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The South Australian player won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10424, drawn Tuesday 10 November 2020.
This morning, an official from The Lott called the winner, who was busy at work and completely oblivious of her windfall.
“Are you calling me with good news?” she questioned.
“Are you kidding me? One hundred thousand dollars?
“You must be joking! Are you sure I am the winner?
“Hang on, I need to sit down. I am all over the place!
“I can’t believe this! What a great win before Christmas!
“I need to get my husband!

“I am sure my husband will get some more golf gear too. We need to spoil ourselves a little.
“We will be going out for a nice dinner to celebrate tonight too. I’d like to take tomorrow off work too, but I don’t think we will, we have to keep working.
“But this certainly has made the week so much better!”
