A Gosford man was on his way to the doctors when he was stopped dead in his tracks by the life-enhancing news he’d scored more than $100,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries draw.

The Central Coast resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10993, drawn Tuesday 3 June 2025. He also pocketed a consolation prize, boosting his total windfall to $101,000.

The Central Coast region has enjoyed a winning streak recently, with a Gosford mum taking home a Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize win last week.

“Woohoo!” the thrilled man cheered when an official from The Lott called him with the winning news.

“I had no idea I’d won anything.

“I’m actually on the way to the doctor's right now, but I’m suddenly feeling a whole lot better.

“I can’t believe it. I never thought I’d ever win anything this big.

“I’m honestly dumbfounded.”

With $100,000 set to hit his bank account in the coming weeks, the devoted dad shared his first priority would be his family.

“I’ve already been thinking about using the prize to support my daughters,” he shared.

“It’ll feel nice to lend them a helping hand. I’ll think of a fun way to surprise them.”

His winning entry of two consecutive numbers was purchased at Pengilley's Fruit Barn, 375 Central Coast Highway, Erina Heights.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $6.28 million for draw 1704, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $20.00 million for draw 10994.

In 2024, 147 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $52.2 million.

Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.

Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.

Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.

The official home of Australia’s lotteries, The Lott operates and markets Australia’s leading lottery games customers know and love creating everyday winners, winning every day.

In 2024, more than 195.3 million winners took home more than $4.84 billion in prize money from their favourite games at The Lott, including Saturday Lotto, Weekday Windfall, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Set for Life, Lucky Lotteries, Keno (SA), Super 66, Lotto Strike and Instant Scratch-Its.

Last financial year, Australia’s official lotteries contributed more than $1.8 billion via state lottery taxes and donations to help community initiatives, such as hospitals, health research, disaster relief and education.
