Ten Victorians across Melbourne and Geelong are feeling on cloud nine today after their syndicate entry scored a division one prize in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The syndicate, called “Cloud Nine”, held one of 10 division one winning entries across Australia in TattsLotto draw 4213, drawn Saturday 4 December 2021. Each entry takes home a division one prize worth $587,281.03.

In addition to winning division one, the Victorian syndicate’s System 9 QuickPick also won division two 6 times, division three 12 times, division four 45 times and division five 20 times, bolstering the syndicate’s total prize to $701,265.88.

Each syndicate member receives a share worth $70,153.54.

The group syndicate was set up by Newcomb Lotto, Newcomb, with shares sold at four other Tatts outlets across Melbourne: Borrack Square News Lotto & Gifts, Altona North, Berwick Village Lotto, Berwick, Fairfield News & Lucky Lotto, Fairfield, and Portside Lotto and Liquor, Port Melbourne.

Newcomb Lotto owner John Maroulis said he was ecstatic to see another one of his syndicates score a division one prize.

“We’ve been running the ‘Cloud Nine’ syndicate every week for a number of years now,” he explained.

“This is the first time it’s won division one, but it’s not the first time one of our syndicates has won big. About three years ago, another of our weekly syndicates scored division one.

“It’s fantastic to see another big win. It’s really great when you see your customers win division one.”

The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said some syndicate members held unregistered entries and might have yet to discover their exciting news.

“We know some of these division one winning syndicate members have already begun celebrating their good fortune and are kickstarting the new week knowing they have a hefty boost coming into their bank accounts,” he said.

“However, others are starting their working week completely obvious to their win. Previous syndicate winners have told us there’s no better cure for Mondayitis than discovering a TattsLotto win.

“If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the recent TattsLotto draw, today’s the day to check it!  If you discover you’re holding a winning share, call Tatts 131 868 to start the prize claim process!”

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4213 on 4 December 2021 were 44, 8, 31, 39, 45 and 24, while the supplementary numbers were 21 and 41.
