Aussies are expected to scratch more than 11.4 million Instant Scratch-Its Christmas tickets this festive season in the hope of revealing Christmas surprises worth up to $100,000.
Each year, Instant Scratch-Its release a limited-edition Christmas ticket range featuring festive designs that are ideal for a range of gifts. Every year, these popular tickets sell out of local retail outlets and this year is expected to be no exception.
The 2020 Christmas Instant Scratch-Its tickets are now on their way to nearly 4,000 retail outlets across Australia. They include three fun and festive games:
- $1 Christmas Gift: With three different sweet-treat designs, this ticket can be used as a gift-tag with pre-cut holes and space to write ‘to’ and ‘from’ as well as offering players the chance to win one of five top prizes of $10,000.
- $2 Christmas Wishes: The perfect way to make a friend or family member’s Christmas wish come true with four top prizes of $25,000 up for grabs. Players can use these tickets as a gift tag or fun decoration for a Christmas tree with six fun designs.
- $5 Merry Christmas: The Australian-first transparent design of this ticket is not its only key feature as it also fits perfectly into a Christmas card and offers two top prizes of $100,000.
Instant Scratch-Its spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said the special festive tickets were expected to sell like a hot piece of Christmas pudding.
