It’s been a winning start to the week for Adelaide lottery players with a North Adelaide woman and an Andrews Farm syndicate each scoring $1 million in last night’s X Lotto draw.
The South Australians held two of the three division one winning entries nationally in Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw 4154, drawn Monday 7 February 2022. Each entry took home a division one prize worth $1 million.
North Adelaide woman’s plans derailed after discovering $1 million Monday X Lotto win
A North Adelaide woman’s plans to have a productive day have been derailed by the revelation of her $1 million Monday & Wednesday X Lotto win.
“I’m sitting in bed. I’ve just checked my lottery ticket from last night and I feel sick,” she laughed when speaking with an official from The Lott this morning.
“Is it true!? Are you calling me to tell me I’ve won division one?
“Oh my god! Oh my god! One million dollars!? This is incredible!
“I’ve been playing these same numbers for more than two decades. I was just thinking I should change them up, but I’m so glad I didn’t.
“I’m absolutely blown away. I’m in shock!
“This is an absolute blessing. It’s a life-changing win for me. This will change my whole world!
“I’m going to use it for my retirement. I’d love to help my family and do some travel too, but I can’t think properly right now.
“I’m going to call my daughter straight after I get off the phone to you. I can’t wait to tell her. She’s going to be over the moon.
“I might go out and have a bit of a special celebration day now. It’s completely changed my day! I’m not doing anything I was going to do.”
Her marked 6-game entry was purchased at Central Market Lotteries Kiosk, Shop 64 / Central Market Arcade, Grote Street, Adelaide.
Central Market Lotteries Kiosk owner Theo Kalogerinis said his entire team was celebrating the incredible milestone.
“It’s so exciting!” he said.
“This is our first division one win, so it’s a big moment for us. We had a feeling we were going to sell one soon and turns out we were right.
“We’re thrilled for our division winner. We hope she enjoys being a millionaire.
“Fingers crossed we have more big wins soon.”
Two Andrews Farm X Lotto players on cloud nine after $1 million win!
Two Andrews Farm shoppers are on cloud nine this morning after discovering their syndicate entry scored $1 million in last night’s Monday & Wednesday X Lotto draw.
In addition to winning the $1 million division one prize, the South Australian’s marked System 10 syndicate entry also won division three 24 times and division four 90 times, boosting their total to $1,009,611.70.
Each syndicate member receives a share worth $504,805.85.
The store syndicate was from Topz Shopz Andrews Farm, Shop 1 / Andrews Farm Shopping Centre, Cnr President Avenue & Hughes Street, Andrews Farm.
Topz Shopz Andrews Farm owner Biao Yao said his team were thrilled for their winners and wished them all the absolute best with their prize.
