An Armstrong Creek man in his 20s has had his Monday interrupted by the revelation he scored division one in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The Geelong resident held one of the seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4175, drawn Saturday 24 July 2021. Each division one winning entry takes home an $834,643.56 prize.
“I’ve only just found out,” the winner exclaimed when speaking to an official from The Lott this afternoon.
“There was a post on The Lott’s Facebook page about how you were still looking for a winner in the area. I knew I had a ticket but thought I’d wait.
“Well, that only lasted about 10 minutes. I ended up scanning the ticket on the app and there it was!
“It’s very exciting. I don’t think I’ll be able to concentrate at work today, but I’ll be back at work tomorrow, I promise!
“I haven’t played TattsLotto for about two years, but then I started again about a month ago, just getting a ticket each week.
“I don’t want to let this ticket out of my sight!”
The Victorian winner shared he looked forward to taking time to fully contemplate how he might enjoy his prize.
“It will certainly help with the mortgage and making life a little bit more comfortable,” he said.
His winning entry was purchased at NewsXpress Armstrong Creek, Warralily Village Shopping Centre, 844 Barwon Heads Road, Armstrong Creek.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4175 on 24 July 2021 were 30, 12, 26, 16, 40 and 27, while the supplementary numbers were 13 and 15.
Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4175 – three from Victoria and one each from Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 254 so far this calendar year, including 99 won by Tatts customers.
In 2020, TattsLotto created 122 millionaires across Australia.
During this time, there were 312 division one winning in TattsLotto entries across Australia, which collectively won more than $355.13 million.
