A holiday to Europe is on the itinerary for a Darlinghurst man who scored $100,000 in the latest Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The inner-Sydney resident scored the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10526, drawn 8 February 2022.

When an official from The Lott broke the life-enhancing news to the hard-working man this morning, he was busy at work and oblivious to his windfall.

“Oh! That’s amazing! $100,000?!” he cheered.

“I had absolutely no idea. This is a lovely surprise.

“When you purchase lottery entries, you don’t really expect to win big. I’ve been purchasing entries into Lucky Lotteries draws for quite some time now, so it’s great to win a major lottery prize!

“’I’ll have to tell my partner about the win later today. She won’t believe it!

“We would really love to go on a holiday to somewhere in Europe. The pandemic has certainly been in the way of our travel plans. It’s been a long time coming!

“For now, we will have to go somewhere fabulous to celebrate the win. Maybe a fancy dinner!

“This has made my day!”

His winning entry of three random numbers was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $7.01 million for draw 1560, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $7.27 million for draw 10527.

In the 12 months to 30 June 2021, 136 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $46.09 million.
